This Friday will be GCSA’s annual hiking trip through the Rouge Valley. This event has become a tradition within the department and it is the perfect opportunity for students to meet faculty and their fellow peers in a fun, outdoor, and stress-free environment. It is also an opportunity to explore the nature and beauty that surrounds the UTSC campus. Not only is this event a great way to meet the faculty and students but also away to bring the ideas that are taught in the classroom to the field! The professors who will be joining us on this trip are Andre Sorensen, Michelle Buckley and Ahmed Allahwala. We thank them for taking the time out of their busy schedules to come to this trip to interact with all the students. We hope you will join us on the trip.
The trip will be on Friday October 9 from 11:30 AM-3:00 PM. The hike will be happening in the Rouge Valley and will be walking through the Mast Trail. Transportation will be provided to and from UTSC.
